I'm back, and even though its only been a week, it feels like ages, apologies for not being around, this was down to my (and 90+ other people) phone line being completely cut off :angry:

Tiscially were absolutly usless in helping, advising and calling back, after 10 or so phone calls and £60-70 quid of mobile phone calls, they told us nothing, including 'the manager' who we never heard back from. BT on the other hand did give some information.
