This list would be handy if you’d like to change map from your console. Just press the ` (tilde) key and a small bar will appear at the top of your screen. Type “/map [mapname]” without the quotes, replace the [mapname] with a map below. The following applies to COD version 1.5 and below:

• mp_cargoship (Wet Work)
• mp_citystreets (District)

The following maps are only available in version 1.6:

If you want to see the whole console screen instead of the one line screen just press SHIFT and ` (although you might have to delete the silly character it leaves on the console line - seems to be a little bug but a quick BACKSPACE gets rid of it)

I was a bit confused with the names myself when looking at the list in console and the "real names". I bet they will stick like dust, aztec and inferno soon enough.
