I need more space on my laptop so thought I would upgrade the drive in it.

I've looked at a few places for 2.5" HDD's but they only seem to go up to 250gb.

Is that the largest or are there 320gb ones?

Thanks

Samsung, Hitachi and Fujutsi makes 500Gb. Cost like 200 Euro or something.

Scan do 320Gb 2.5" HDDs but only in SATA format. If you need IDE (PATA) then they only go up to 250Gb.

it's an IDE one I need.

Shame. I would have thought they'd come up with one by now.
