Methinks their MySQL DB has crashed:

"mySQL error with query SELECT d.oname as name, o.ovalue as value FROM nucleus_plugin_option o, nucleus_plugin_option_desc d WHERE d.opid=57 AND d.oid=o.oid: MySQL server has gone away"

Plus can I say what a bad idea I think it is to barf errors like this to the end user instead of catching them and writing them to a file on the server somewhere...
