I have come to the following:

Its probably not the best one, but it gives some nice flavor talents. There is SO many good talents its a pain to come to a decent build. Ofc this build is based on theorycrafting, as i dont have access to a proper DK atm :)

Most Death Knights... when leveling... will go unholy as of the ghoul acts like a hunter pet (me having access to a beta account :> can prove this) and atm in the beta Unholy (scourge strike) does some serious damage compared to Blood + Frost so i'd prefer a Unholy build to the others :>

This is because Blood and Frost allready have had a numbers pass, Unholy is still due for a balancing round. Once we get to live i am sure all 3 of the tree's will do similar dps.

A mixture of Blood and Unholy was mentioned as the best levelling build... lost the link to the forum that said this.... then again apparently the 8k crit DK has been somewhat nerfed :P
