In order to limit the overhead on anyone handling the application process I think we need to K.I.S.S.

The bottom line is that I trust any of you to make a decision on a new member, so imo if you want to act then do so.  JUst make sure an application is lodged either on the forums or via a PM to you.  Trial is for that just that purpose, but the application process should not be slowed by our inability to react with lightning speed.

If you get an app via a PM then just post it in here, we can create a Recruitment section in due course.  For a public application I would suggest the following is cut and pasted into the appropriate application thread and that the thread is then closed.

I assume this is also something I can do in my new role. It looks like we just add these people to the 'Member of Deadmen Raiding' User Group?

If so this is now done.

Yes it is Smilo, thnaks very much, over to you!  That's in the short-term, hopefully with the proposed move to the public groups then membership can be handled at Section Head level, but until then yes your help would be appreciated. :)
