Please help. really want to make this a sucess but i need more around active.

Promotions at the moment
Obb - raidleader rank. he is on alot and is a good bloke.

Promotions i want to do
Evoxer - raid leader
Vanguish - raid leader

Delagation
Someone / 2 people to manage dkp site and go thought the options.
Someone / 2 people to manage signups.

Gandy i know that you have experence and some good ideas with these, if you feel that you can do them or if you want to just b able to advise people then please speek up

well you've seen what I can offer with the raid signup site. Easy to do and integrated into the forum so all nice and neat.

dkp I'm still looking, at present I've yet to find anything that integrates so we may have to go with TL's suggestion and have an external site.

we have set up a couple of fun runs in the guild planner, the blizzard onboard thing.

using this for a littlewhile ie a couple of weeks gives us a little time on this

There is one problem with the calender u cant mass invite if higher than revered rank,other than that its a pretty good .
