I used to be in there all the time, i was the last owner of the channel but then i forgot my password & i think it was linked to an old email addy, since then i've not really bothered with it all.

btw, it won't let me speak in the chan unless I'm voiced it would seem.

You are getting the voice once you join, so wait about 3sec

My mIRC install seems to have gone a little crazy so once I find a new free client i'll be back on there a bit more regularly - any suggestions as to which to use?

well i just use mIRC with some script plugins.. my eval period is over long time ago, but you can still use it, just takes 5 secs or so before the program loads
