mages and healers need a rota for a raiding dont know bout other classes just we need to gear up jas aswell

Ok so at the moment i have come up with the idea of instead of constently switching groups around maybe pairing up for the weeks raid so we all get a good crack at bosses and get the tactics down ie

mzltof and lex for thursday,sunday and tuesday (raid reset) 1st week
me and fatbob for thursday,sunday,and tuesday (raid reset) 2nd week

and so on obviously if someone aint available then someone will have to jump in to replace them but that should work and seems the fairest way gear wise aswell. We will also have to do the same for tanks and healers which i suggested groups with fb at about 1.30 am i havent looked in to healers but tanks i did think invicto and theo and garrit and smite or who ever is going to be ot this way we have both the tanks knowing bosses etc and when the time comes for 2nd raid group everybody should work well together and itll be easier to  make the second raid group , like i say its a suggestion so just reply what u think about this .
