2 clowns on your server banning

Hey all i just registered here recenlty and was looking for a racing home just a fyi i went to race on the deadman server this morning and 2 clowns there voting to ban anyone who joins :{

That's bad news - seen this before on other servers.  Do you know the names of the people who were banning, or was it all too quick?

Welcome, btw, sorry your first experience has not been a good one; this is not usual for the dMr servers.

Post there names or the times they were on, Doorman can check logs and take action I am sure.  It's unfortunate no admins were on at the time, they usually clear up such immature behaviour faster than you can say 'history'.

I'm sorry about that. The admins are mostly on in the evenings (gmt). I seem to remember that vote banning wasn't allowed on our server. Maybe that option was left on when we moved the server to another hardware last month.

I'm sure Doorman will check it out soon.

yes sorry it was Judas Priest and Hells'of something about 4 pm GMT and yes i was banned on it  for no reason :{ it was the BL GP Track one . was looking forward to playing on your servers today and unfortunantly im not to experienced in the forumla cars but ill have to give it try . Sorry to all for the crashes today im gonna have on your city track

Sorry but that's the demo server, we had vote ban turned off and wreckers rule, we turn vote ban on and two tards can ban joiners, it's a no win situation :ranting2:

I'm still working through the Airio configs and will eventually make all people registered here as a level one admin.

Just want to add that the demo server is still in it's "beta" state so there's only two official admins atm, Spoong and me, so if anyone has problems rather than bothering Oldie or Doors, one of us should be able to sort it out.

Ty Jamin im still new to the whole beta thing is all. Tried joining the regular server but my knowldege of the track is horrible and crashed someone in qualifying so i left and start prcaticing on my own but very very boring hehe.
Maybe sometime i could catch one of you for some pointers or something and thank you for un banning me and the drama cya

Go slowly, build up speed gradually. South City doesn't tolerate mistakes. Better to avoid nasty barriers eh? :norty:
