Has any1 had issues regarding logging into their paypal accounts?
 
This is the following text i recieve, do you think they are having a problem with the site?

no problems earlier today, though this was via ebay to make a payment on an auction.

It was fine for me yesterday.  Case of retrying and if it continues, then maybe there is a problem with your account? :ranting2:
