Last night, Ghosty reported that he can see a yellow and red card against peoples names on the forum in the cod4 section, he gave me a direct link to see if I can see it, but I couldn't see anything.....

Just reading on the Technology thread, and now I see one against Jabbs and Brother Tobious (when you hover your cursor over the icon, it says "add Infraction to name"), not sure if it's a glitch or a new feature, but it does seem to randomly appear:

Edit: (Sorry for posting this in the games admin sections)
 Bring on the randomness!
Apparently I actually exist! Or maybe it was the drink?

Armitage

I can't see the red or yellow cards anymore

Liberator

I assume it might be something to do with the AUP update that's been mentioned in another public thread. and is probably to do with testing of additional forum features.

Gandalf

It's a standard forum feature that dMw currently don't use but it's not been globally disabled.

Cake: Four large eggs. One cup semi-sweet chocolate chips. Three/four cups butter or margarine. One and two third cups granulated sugar. Two cups all purpose flour. Fish shaped ethyl benzene. Twelve medium geosynthetic membranes. Three tablespoons rhubarb, on fire.

Gandalf

And it should now be disabled for all.

It was introduced a few versions ago by vBulletin and looking back it's been used a total of three times by admins but as it's never been setup it doesn't do anything. Same deal with User Reputation. New feature, not used. Currently disabled.

It may very well have been left active for members of the 'moderators' group. Until last night that group was empty. I added the moderators (new and old) to the group and probably gave them infraction access by mistake. We don't use it so it's good that Gandy has made it go away :)

Whatever's gone wrong it's not my fault.

Snokio

Kind of a shame to disable it actually, cause I can think of one person who needs Infractions :sideways:
