Ladder matches

So GM can't play for the next two weeks and Jewelz forgot all about it and went to the beach instead. That only left T-Bag and he was off playing some Wizard game and didn't respond to Steam messages until gone 20:30. Don't know about Tox, couldn't see him online at all.
 
So two questions.
Do we get a bye for the first match as the opposition didn't show?
Why did GM put himself down for a team when he can't actually play?

Do you have anything from GM saying they'd play this week?

If not it's probably harsh, give them another chance, and they will need to find a sub. If he did say he'd play then we get a 'by' and a default 1000 points

Right do we need to agree how many points are awarded for a bi, bye or by?
 
I think 1000 might not be enough. If all four survivors make it through to the end they score about 1000 points. As we play two rounds per match that could be as much as 2000 points, or even more on the more difficult levels?
