Hmm, I was going to say strike three, my inscription master is out (it has none of those three), but Jim's deleted his post, so I guess it is strike two and maybe someone needs one mine can actually make!

Unconfirmed but i think the new glyphs need to be "discoverd"  so its a case of waiting till they pop :angry:

You get Books of Glyph Mastery (http://www.wowhead.com/?item=45912) as random Northrend drops. Anyone can get the book, it's not BoP or anything. When an insciber of a high enough level uses it they learn a random one of the new glyphs that they haven't yet got. I had one drop in Old Kingdom, sent it to our guild's inscriber in the hope it'd be the Divine Plea one. Turned out to be Life Tap :(

These books are currently going on the AH on my server for anything from 3000 to 5000 gold. Hopefully they're a bit cheaper on yours, or you get lucky with drops. According to the 3.1.1 patch notes (hit the US today, here tomorrow) they've increased the droprate over 3.1 as well. I guess all the high end raid guild inscribers are willing to pay silly money for these to gear the guild, so hopefully the price should come down a bit once all the high end guild have got at least 1 person with each new Glyph recipe.

My char Puja has pretty much all the new glyphs ( 2 more to get and they'll be done today ) - if you need any give me a shout in game.
