Well, basically - I am with TL. Keep it open and common sense; if there is a complaint, consider it, and then perhaps add to filter. I think it works quite well as it is.

IMHO it depends more on the context, rather than the word. The occasional cnuts etc. I tolerate, e.g. if Pen calls me a fecking cnut in a non-ironic fashion I think it's wrong but "my brand new car has just been painted pink by my annoying neighbourn, what a cnut!" is tolerable.
