LAN - making a detour

I'm going to arrive later than planned tomorrow at the LAN.

I want to go via Norwich to look at a car and think that first thing tomorrow is probably a better time than Sat morning.

It'll mean that I won' t arrive much before lunchtime.

I have given it to Ninja and told him to point people in the right direction. (Now Red and Blue aren't coming I propose that we just move Tutonic to the other side of the table).

I've asked the hotel to set the tables up in the same configuration (3 no 3x6ft and 1 no 4x4ft).

I have the name cards here so I can either bring them with me or send them recorded delivery direct to the hotel and let someone grab them from reception.  I guess I'll just bring them with me along wit the other bits.

If someone has a burning desire to get them out earlier, then here's a pdf of them.

AFIAA they've not been to a LAN since I took over running it - which is the last seven or so.
