Raids

Hi all

Just back from hols, prior to it there was some problems with filling a 25 man raid and there still is.

Firstly this is not a rant or a criticism.

However, if you need help recruiting then enough of us are already loyal and will try to help but not sure what classes are needed etc (but then again i've not checked aszune's unofficial forums since I've been back, so slap me if necessary).

But but but we do need someone in the meantime to be fair but firm, if we haven't enough for a 25 man, then you take a 10 man to Ulduar and then make a note of who went etc. Then, should this happen again, next time you take a different 10. What is worse (and I've seen it all before) is to please us all, there will be no progress and people will get irate and leave. We are all adults we can cope with rejection!

So my suggestions are:

* Take a group of 10 to ulduar and the rest can be adults and make some HC's of their own of if they are confident add a few for a pug to make another 10 man.

* If we can't do the above then make a decision ASAP, either raid cancelled or we do a classic or something else. Sitting around for 30 mins waiting is not good for the soul.

Like I say this is not a rant or casting any dispersions on any of the officers as you do a superfine job but this is 2 cents worth just from a girl who's seen it all before. Plus I'll do anything to help, if required

All good points ...

Main problem tonight lack of Uld geared tanks followed by a lack of priest types for what was left of naxx and people saved for other stuff

My take on it is............. 30mins after raid time if we can't get a valid run we call the raid end of chat

If somthing can be saved from the ashes then its a bonus

I think we all felt the pain of hanging around tonight

push any and all at the forums to put an application at - remember attitude is everything gear is very much secondary

I might be able to raid more when school is done, but right now I am cramped with school and exams. So sorry for letting you down!

Check the stickies at the top. If you feel that any of the info could do with being tweaked, let us know and we'll look at it!

But it has been said before, the members are just as important (if not more so) as the officers in recruiting.

If you group with someone and you get on well with them and they know how to play their character, steer them towards the website if they are interested.

We need to have a solid raid group of around 50 people so that we have plenty to choose from and if people are not about, then it doesn't matter as there are plenty of reserves!

That said, my new line goes in tomorrow so I'll be back in full force in a week or so
