aint to bad typical cost of paper billing here in dk is around 4.5£

Seems fair enough to me. Almost everyone else seems to be charging for paper bills.

There has been lots of talk and complaints about this, don't be surprised if they change their policy any time soon! (although it's a good idea, they shouldn't punish, but rather give an incentive not to have paper bills)

I thought it had always been like this. I get a discount for not taking paper bills from them which equates to the same thing.

I'm with Smilodon, most companies do e-bills/statements/etc now anyway. I don't think it's too much considering.
