Dunno who gave him Mod powers (which is certainly not a problem in itself) but it'd be nice perhaps to ratify it one way or t'other as he seems unsure.

I thought I was clear in my explanation! But anyway, made it a bit clearer. As he is an officer he has mod rights to the wow section. As he is a moderator he gets a badge. Same as everyone else who can moderate areas of the forum.
