think i need to change sum enchants and gems

my rotation is ks,rapid fire,es,serp sting,black arrow,aimed shot,filler with steady

Well, before looking at shot rotations I'd look at the basic stuff like gems and enchants as you said.  At the moment armoy shows no enchants on:

Head - [item]Arcanum of Torment[/item]
Shoulders - [item]Greater Inscription of the Axe[/item]
Chest - [item]Enchant Chest - Powerful Stats[/item]

Consider replacing the [item]Glyph of Steady Shot[/item] with [item]Glyph of Kill Shot[/item] seeing as SS is now less important than it was.

The rotation is a priority rotation and should be in this order of priority:

KS, ES, Aimed or Multi, Black Arrow, SSting, steady shot filler

Things like rapid fire should be macro'd into your a priority ability so that it is used at every possible cooldown automatically (this gives more up time & dps than manually selecting it and then forgetting to use it regularly).

Lock N Load procs:
Have to be managed properly so make sure that you have a 'notifier' for it set up in your UI.  When LnL procs you fire 3 x ES in a row and wait for each ES to finish before hitting the next one.

One little addendum.

Hit cap.  It's 8% and you are currently way over it.  This means that things like the HR enchants on your gloves, boots (and maybe other item choices) might need reconsidering.  You could swap the HR things for more agi and more dps!!  When you make your changes remember that you need remember that the HR is rounded down, so 7.99% hit will give you 7% effective hit, so make sure it is precisely 8.xx% and not less.

You can actually squeeze a steady shot in between everyone of those lnl CD's so instead of waiting for ES to go off just squeeze in an SS

Aye but unless your latency and timing is absolutely perfect the overall dps is better to not, which is why I skipped it.  EJ says that too.
