It is by caffeine alone I set my mind in motion. It is by the beans of Java that thoughts acquire speed, the hands acquire shakes, the shakes become a warning. It is by caffeine alone I set my mind in motion

Well, from the logs you have proved that you can last against Hodir and hit the enrage, so ignoring the early death mistakes (which are simple for a raid member to avoid), the main issue is probably lack of dps.

DMR's raid dps was between 37,000-61,000 on the various tries you had.
You need 59,000 raid dps to beat Hodir before the enrage.

The trick with Hodir is to make best use of the NPC buffs.

-set a raid icon to the mage and shaman NPCs beforehand.
-dps should have a /target macro for the mages and split the dps into groups so all mage NPCs in flash freeze get hit from the start and at each re-freeze.
-break the mages out of flash freeze first as they then assist in breaking out the final NPCs, so you can start dpsing Hodir sooner.  Then the shaman, then last the boomkins.

Then the rest is about maximising the raid buffs they give:

-assign one dps caster to each mage NPC and make sure they dps Hodir whilst standing next to the Toasty Fire cast by the mage NPC.  Each damage spell cast by a toasty fire raid member applies the stacking Singed debuff to Hodir, which can increase magic damage taken by Hodir by up to 50%.
-dps casters need to run into any nearby 'Starlight' (column of white light) as it increases your casting speed by 50%.
-Anyone in ranged who gets the Storm Cloud buff needs to run to the closest group of dps casters (who are probably stood in the Starlight buff and spread the Storm Power buff to them (it increases crit damage by 135%).

When you get it right and the buffs stack the dps goes up massively.  As an example, in Elysium's Hodir kill tonight the raid dps was 182,980 rdps.  Yes better gear accounts for some of that, but the bulk is down to better use of the NPC buffs.

Mitigate through the frozen blows (bubble/DS is nice) and you are home free with a boss kill.

Hope this helps.

Bump, because to be honest I expected someone to comment, but I also just bumped it in discussion with Tirkad.

I think you have your answer in another thread, TL. Gandalf posted that to get more people used to the ulduar tactics, and to keep a closer eye on the less experienced in there, we're going to alternate weeks in 25men and 2x10 men raids. That should help to both gear up people and improve their knowledge of tactics.
