What class is the best too choose?
And what talents.?

blood is the easiest to learn to play and very quick to lvl

Hmm, I'd say 10/0/61 (at 80 lvl of cos) is the easiest, and most solo capable build (permanent ghoul / very effiecient aoe). But in fact depends on playstyle as always ;-)

About the class you to choose, i think it's the one you enjoy playing most. I know it may sound very trivial, but sometimes people don't remember it. Anyway, as sheep said, blood is very easy for the level up, allowing you to solo almost every group quest. If you're looking for a raid dps/tank spec, you may found interesting the info on http://elitistjerks.com/.
