Sunwell Plateau

Hi Everyone

Im a fairly new member here at DMR, but some might remember me from back in the SOG days etc

I have this black spot on my TBC raiding (when i was raiding) called Sunwell Plateau, and it have annoyed me for some time.

I'd like to try to arrange a run there sometime, but i wanted to check if people where interested.

This instance is (still) by no means a walkover, and it will take a lot of firepower and skill to complete it, so dont think you can bring level70 alts for gearing up. That is not the purpose, and it wont work.

Lets start some discussion here, and we can see whether people are interested in doing a run sometime in the future

you can count me in on bell, only ever managed to get to past the first boss, and would love the chance to get this place cleared along with the Eye:)

dillinja was away when the guild done this so id like to see this place too i stopped raiding for a while when my daugter was born this was the place i missed

Sunwell is well worth the effort, if the run is on a non-raid night for me I'd love to come along.

ditto, afaik we've not done SWP yet with DMR so yea... would be cool

garrit when you are on could you put in up on the calendar for in a few weeks time, like you did with BT and Hyjal:)

yeah the invites didn't go out to everyone because you can't invite over a 100 people to an event (and with all ranks added up we have over 100) so I did them just for honored atm. Any lvl 80 is welcome though

I set it for wednesday september 2, 20:00, but any offday that week is fine I guess.

I'll try to help out for any TBC stuff, I did it all as a healer. SWP might be fun, we'll OP it with gear etc, but you'l soon see why I see it as containing some of the best raid encounters in the game....... who thinks Felmyst's Mind control could still DC's people lol?

I came in doubts about how (and if) this raid will happen. I assume the date is pre-set for 02.09, but how is the invites handled etc?

Could someone clarify the process a bit?

The guild has an inv option for this on the ingame calander. By this the guildies will get an inv. After that the other people that we know that want to come.

I cant see it tho, maybe my status is too low?

Or someone could do a special invite for me?
