I love the G3. Once you get over the single shot aspect of it, it's a cracking gun. One shot one kill every time and  very accurate with marginal recoil. I use it in conjunction with a deagle for close work and UAV Jammer and Dead Silent. (I choose those two perks as I can spend a long time getting beyond the front line and more often than not the enemy has a UAV up).

For close quarter games the P90 seems to be the weapon of choice although Dewey's converted me to the Skorpion. You really need a short-barrelled weapon so you can quickly bring it to bear when on a FIBUA map. The Skorp is better with the double tap perk as it's not the most powerful beast.

I guess the other most popular gun is the M4 with red dot which is great for general spray and pray.

thanks for referring; I usually use the AK, but then again I am only a Captain, and not all weapons are open for use.

Yea, the G3 is very nice. I normally fit with a suppressor and stopping power.

My combo of choice at the moment is the G36C (or something similar - I can't remember) along with a G3. I use the G3 with a red dot as a sniper (I don't have the telescopic sight yet), and the other gun with red dot for moving around with.
That uses the Overkill perk, I'm testing out the Dead Silent along with Claymores which I can't live without. I feel naked without them.

Before that I had a run with M4, and still really like it with the Red Dot sight again.

For Running I've got a Auto-Shotgun + P90 combo. With Extreme conditioning and Steady shot and x3 frag. (I think). I've been trying to unlock more attachments for other weapons but tend to fall back to my main all round combo (G3 one)
