In my opinion when talking about class leaders, then there needs to be only one leader who knows all the ranged classes, one that knows all the tanking and one who knows all the healing and also what the different specialities are supposed to do. Not like there is going to be 5 person in ranged, 3 in tanking and 8 in healing all wondering what to do. Suggestions are always welcome but at the end of the day one person should decide it and then stick to it.

You have to take into consideration when say Evoxer isnt here, who's a healing leader, then someone would have to take over, which would be Jas... So having 2 maybe 3 is fine in my books

Of course you're looking at only one of those leaders doing pre-pull checklists etc. per raid, not 2 ppl talking through eachother.

That is right, there can be like second in charge and third in charge etc, but when the first is a round he's the only boss. I just ment that if you have N amount of leaders that they don't all try to lead because, that will end up in tears.

Don't forget that the raiding side is a small part of the class leader role. The most part will be to monitor performance after the raid using the logs to ensure that everyone in your class is performing as expected. If someone is off by a large margin, you will need to find out why and correct it.

I have plenty of people wanting to give it a shot and the officers have a list of candidates. We will be asking them this week to see if they want the job. Once it's all settled, we will post up the class leaders on the forum.
