Love the ideas matey, i think it should benefit us all in the long run. just a suggestion for you. could you please put a sticky up on the forum listing all of the class leaders that you have appointed so that we know and can check with out having to ask in guild. i would find thid very useful,

what about raid lock outs whats happening with these? we could use this to our advantage atm, for example we could keep ToC25 on 1 week reset, as it really is a quick instance once we have it under control. Uld25 we could use the full 2 week raid extension, we are doing really well in there and its a shame to go in there week after week, and only get as far as 3 watchers down because we dont use the extended lock out.

It's actually ranged dps class lead, so you'd also need to be aware of the others too

Just a little note from me..
I have to say that i don't wanna loose my raiding spot cause of my work...:g:
I work for 112, this means irregular shifts. And i mean really irregular shifts. It can happen that i can't raid for more then a week because of my work. And i don't know if i can make up for that in the other weeks to keep my attendence up.... But just to let you guys know i will always sign up for the nights that i can come. Let's just hope i can keep my attendence up

I am more than happy to help with the ranged dps lead if I can possibly be of any use.  I have many chars that are mostly ranged so I not only know my own class but understand the mechanics of all ranged dps.

Plus I make a mean fish feast & have loads of moral to offer...Evo taught me well as did Sheep...go kill ****!!!

I am up for the melee part. As i also know a few classes..  But i would love to have someone to help me with that warrior and dk stuff, i have an dk but not playing it so do not know to much.
 
And ofc if you guys think i am able to do it etc.
