Is the new BF2 patch any good? I have not installed it when I got my new system, but kinda miss it...

Don't know mate - I've d/l patch 1.9GB! but haven't yet installed it to my pc - will do this week though..

The patch has sorted out a few problems and bugs.  Not quite as easy to hit the deck shooting now and be accurate.  The weapon accuracy has been tweek as has the hit detection.  Wide screen has been added at bloody last.  All the maps from euro forces and armoured fury are now free and a new map operation blue pearl.  I am now really **** in a helo and can't shoot side of barn (not much change there then) Good fun after a year and a half off!
