i have got no idea my account is a battle.net account i have no keyloggers or virus on my pc, ran a scan this morning and it came up clean:crying:

worst thing is looking at the armory, the hacker has left me with all my tier gear but nothing else:(

Sorry to hear about the hack but luckily Blizz have been more flexible with these things as of late and I'm sure you will get your stuff back. Might just take some time ><

yup it does suck bud, dam problem is everytime i ring blizzard i get told the queue is full and to ring back later, only got a hour before they all go home for the weekend:( might have to start another account and get leveling!
