ok, these normally go in the officers forum, but as you chaps also have a say in your classes figured that apps should go in here from now on.

Your thoughts please as I know nothing about resto shaman!

as i just put in the officers forum (must have been doing it at same time as you)

from what he says he is a little undergeared, but seems to have a resoble attitude - may be worth a punt, as a resto/ele role, but on a VERY much trial basis and may need monitoring

At the end of the day he wrote a reasonable app which was literate.  That coupled with DMR being criminally short of shaman points in the direction of a trial imo.

I wouldn't mind to have a undergeared shammy with us.
 
If you look at some members we have with the gear they still have compared to our core members. I think also this way you can see if he has some skill and knows his toon.
 
 
Give it a shot and get him in for a few 10 man runs. And see if he is what we are looking for.

agreed, especially seeing as some of the Spell power mail loot that is constantly DE'd could go towards him

Aye he's got a good application and based on the fact that Mez is taking a break (and that work is hammering my raiding at the moment) were a healer or so down.

I think it would be good to get him in and we'd have no problems sorting his gear out in a couple of runs. Assuming he demonstrates a good / adaptable play style and the attitude we look for in DMR I think we might be on to a keeper.
