Fantastic work, general down on second attempt with some new to the fight, and a great run at Yogg, P3 on the last two attempts is fantastic. A bit more polish and Ulduar is clear

Gonna mention the portalists, really pulled it together in the last 2 attempts Fantastic job, proper proud,

and i made a picture of the portals for people that aren't 100% sure

people just need to brush up on their P3 Tactics, watch some videos and get prepared + focused for next time we're there

ok, after my WoW crashed, it messed up the dkp table so I have manually added the points to all that were in the raid. Please check, and any discrepancies, let me know.

tbh, semi started on 6 dkp like me, so she should actually be 12/13, if all should be completely real

There were six awarded during the raid. -1 for the loot item, so 12 is correct.

Anyway, we'll have a few more officers running the addon for the next raid so they can all use each other as backups so this shouldn't happen again.

Right, just checked the figures again and I miscounted the table as the autoaward was actually saved. So everyone ended up with an extra DKP. To make it fair, I've bumped Semi up to 12 again.

My first couple of times inside i got the right portal (was more worried about that then anything at the time) but went the wrong way inside, got the nodge from Jim and after that it went smooth inside. :yahoo:

technically I missed yours and tan's but I wasn't exactly sure where they were but the pic has helped me now

Easily found portals are at 12 & 6 o'clock on the clockface of the above picture door side (south) and far side (north), so the rest of the portals are equally spaced, 4 per side, between 12 & 6 o'clock so there is no 9 or 3 o'clock portal as that falls into a gap. Hope that helps.

Wow, nice progress guys, sorry to have missed this one and the previous one. I'm having a hard time this week with deliveries at work which has killed my wow time. I will be there this thursday yes or yes!

Easy if you know which way is north or south... but I won't go into that.

Sorry to put a downer on all of this but yes I was in a crappy mood last nite (due to my work announcing 30% staff reduction, so for the 3rd time I'm awaiting my fate) but really I must have been in the wrong raid because I didn't think it was all that. To back up my view:

* People again not listening, I mean really what are you doing? Your full focus should be on the raid and the other 24 people you are letting down.

* People not potting up even tho at one point we got 3 raid warnings in a row from Necro, Hal and Icy (and at least one of of those ppl not potted were CL's).

* Raid attitude is less than acceptable imo.

* People not understanding the fight / their role. Do your homework or ask the questions if you don't understand what you need to be doing. I have never been to Vezax or Yogg and I seemed to manage it and if I can then anyone can, right?

I could go on but I won't but... I don't see anything to be proud of when people are pugging Ulduar and ToC 25. It's embarrassing.

Now previously I said it would take one significant person to leave and now it's happened (but Garrit DESERVES his spot in Eluo) can all of us say the same?

Again, sorry to put a downer on the raid but I think a reality check is in order.

Seriously last night wasnt that bad, oke you got your occasionall achievements wich seems to tick some ppl off but other then that every time we went in we went further then b4.

RL is it that hard to believe this fight might just be a hard fight to learn. Are there names we can name for those that seem to F*ck up al the time cos i cant see them tbh. we are not a HARDCORE raiding guild and as such need more time to get a fight down. i for one am happy with the progress we made last night, im seriously tired of ppl ranting of no focus every single time we dont kill atleast 4 or 5 Bosses in a row :ranting2:

But hey maybe i missed it all in wich case ill be happy to step down as CL cos i cant see everything...but pls no more 'open' rants...if you see ppl slacking in raid SAY SOMETHING!!!

We arn't a hardcore group as already said. And our raid group is everytime with a other setup. There are 1 or 2 main raid leaders with some of the cl's helping them. But they can't see everything and also make mistakes or don't know everything.
We are there as a team and we should act more like one. As Gijs already said if you see something say it to your or one of the cl's.
As an example: I am one of the cl's for the melee group but there is no way we can do that on our own. At the moment the melee group is working as a team, if they have an idea about things then they say it in a /w or in the melee channel. That way we worked out some hard fights in the past that are now a cakewalk.
That is just a small example as in the end we are there as a team and we have to do it as a team. We need everyone to focus on the fight and give idea's that would help the team out with the kill.
