999 ping

I'm hearing that a server restart will sort out the 999 ping, if this has not been tried, can someone kick it please
 
(Would try in Rcon, but too scared i will break something)

I did the restart earlier when SJ asked.  Just doing a "quit" on the console using HLSW will restart the server, that's the way I do it and it's always come back.
