Deminion

Well maybe it aint me that should post this, but as i already noticed some things in loads of raids and in todays raid some people started talking about it towards me. So here the post..
 
 
Deminion is a tank for already a long time, but not doing a good job at it.
What i mean to say with that is, he might be k tanking a boss or something, but as soon as it comes to adds he just can't handle it.
 
ToC 25 Anub fight is the easiest example. Last raid in there his job was to take both adds, the first 2 where already hard for him to pick up but goes k. But he wasn't able to hold agro and he never is on time on picking up the extra adds (yes even when there is a second add tank)
That raid i swapped to tank "again" to tank an add and pick up the new adds, we wiped and called it because the adds killed us, as Deminion couldn't handle 2 and i ended up with 3 or all at some point, and with the gear i had/have i aint able to handle 2 and no way i can handle 3.
But this story already says enough, with the gear etc. he should be able to take 2 adds easy, but that is in theory in practise he aint able somehow...
 
Today as Anub we had Sokhar aswell as add tank. He does a freaking good job, picks up his extra add on time and holds it. He even tanks an extra one that Deminion aint able to hold etc. While i always had to step in and get the add out of the healer/ranged group for one of them to pick up.
What also happend and there i went like "what the hell" the add for Deminion went to Hal who was tanking Anub...
 
 
just a little story and i think you guys get the point.
 
But today some people got a bit ****ed about it so here i am posting, (yes i am also one of them) As some already know it is always the case.

You know, I was wondering why there was an add in the caster group last night on anub. I normally don't see this as I'm on the boss, but last night was different as I was healing.

Deminion is a great boss tank, no doubt there, his threat is solid and has good survivability, but if it appears that he has issues picking up adds in situations like this then we need to find out how he is targeting. Is it manual or macro? If macro, then it can be problematic as it generally won't target the correct mob. For situations such as this I will zoom out a ways and manually click the mob to taunt, that way I can be sure of getting the right one.
