So the supermarkets are short of bread, milk, SALT... etc. Nowhere has grit, hardly any roads are clear of snow and ice but Amazon.....

brave the weather to get Albert's copy of ARMA II to him today :woot2:
(and his guitar hero mic, and drums for Ã,£20 and a couple of remastered Derek and The Dominos Albums, coutesay of mother in law supplied Xmas voucher :naughty:)

Now for the question....

Some games you can just register it with Steam and let the Internet do the rest. Not so with my code for ARMA II but I see many of you popping onto the dMw ARMA II server via steam friends.

What is the best way to install this game for maximum steam freindliness folks?

Thanks....
Cheers, Bert

Doorman

In Steam Games select 'Add non steam game' Follow your nose. :D
EDIT: Install it and update it normally first of course.

Thanks Gents, did that, I hate it when they don't link CD codes to steam, would save so much hassle with manual updating.

The game looks pretty nice but I'll go through the manual first I think, don't want to end up with another BF2 experience and not be bothered learning the game properly otherwise won't get a lot out of it.
