talk about getting a huge shock when I got jas mail when I just had my PC turned on today..... the first thing I checked was to make sure I still could get access to my account and that I could so I changed my password asap but as soon as I got on to my acc in the game I got my biggest shock, ALL my characters were deleted on every server I've ever had one on eventhough it's the chars on aszune I had most on since I've only played on it for over 1 year, I did make a temporary paladin just so I could send a ticked to a GM and I'm still waiting for a reply so as you can imagine how I feel right now I'm not very happy :crying::crying::crying::crying:

just a update, I've been talking to a GM and he (guessing it's a he but can't be sure ofc) said that they would get on it with their team and I've also got a mail from them saying they reset my password, and it's not a scam since I tried and I now got a mobile authenticator now so before I type in a new password I'm scanning my computer with 3 different programs, had avast running 10mins after I saw I had been hacked and it found nothing, running ad-aware as I'm typing this post and I'm going to try out Malwarebytes after that since the GM did recommend it even though he haven't tried it himself, so pehaps I might get it back sooner then I'd hoped...

Is actually really good And Malwarebytes/ad-aware for scans when you think you might want too, but I don't bother with these 2 now.

I've run 5 anti-virus/spyware programs today and they wound nothing, however when I looked over the processors that was running I wound 3 .exe files that had no description and no user (normally says a program is run by the user you are using) so I looked on the web and found out they were trojans so I'm trying to get rid of them....
just since you prob want to know it's these onces I found:
csrss.exe
winlogon.exe
atieclxx.exe

Well Hal, 2 of those programs are also vital programs that run the comp but they can also be trojans, so go figure but if you get a blue screen of death you'll know that you need it  :flirty:

ok I might have done something stupid here to believe those were trojans (don't worry I did not delete them) but I got a bit scared when I saw that those programs did not have any users but after looking around on the internet and reading a few forums it seems they are not trojans unless they are corrupted but 5 different programs didn't detect anything and I just 2mins ago checked in the box that says "show processors for all users" it did show it was part of the system :doh: so hopefully the pc is ok atm, will probably reinstall windows 7 next weekend or so though just to be safe, now time to change the password for my battle.net account on my laptop and hope blizzard done some kind of work on their end :roflmao:
