I have this evening sent a fax to the hotel and the chef to remind them that we will be descending on them en masse on the Friday evening at 8.00pm.   I have asked for appropriate staffing levels and food stocks to be in place and if possible for a seating area to be set aside for us so that we are not strewn across the restaurant in a haphazard fashion.
  • The restaurant do a vegetarian menu - please let me know if you are herbivorous and require a vegetarian meal on this night.

The Hotel is prepared for our arrival and the feast starting at c.8.00pm.  Given the size fo the hotel please remember that they will not be able to cook 30 steaks simultaneously - they will need to phase the serving of the food, so please be patient with them, they will do their best.
