We would have killed him tho wow rule 206 "dont fix what is not broken"

So

healers outside ... let the first 2 marks die ( if not tank or healer )...No melee aoe near an add phase

Tho we are fixed to kill him and get back to sorting out fester / rot

Wasnt a bad attempt on the last few goes, but got a bit unlucky with marks. Second knockback (or third?) would make a world of difference for the dps too.
