Pit Stops

What's happened to Airio? Just been on and its a right mish-mash. Cant pit on lap one? Fine, but what's wrong with pitting after lap 2 of a 5 lap race?  Are we forced into pitting after a specific lap? If so people should be advised before the race. It also issues a warning 'pit-stop not recognised', what - even if you have damage?
Can we not discuss these changes before they are implemented?

We are sorry to hear you are having trouble on one of our servers, we take complaints seriously at DeadMenWalking and try to resolve any problems quickly.

We changed over to Airio full today which includes a pit window amongst other features. Unfortunately it comes pre-configured without instructions on how to turn it off. Having spent the evening trying different configurations by trial and error we have eventually managed to get it into a state of "off".

We can't catch every problem, some only manifest themselves when the server has several players on.

Bah Humbug. Service not a patch on Logitech.
Sorry I couldn't hang round to help sort it. Oldie has set a dangerous precedent by going out for family meals and last night cost me a bleedin' fortune :sad:
