After a week of getting used to this combo I managed to quali a close fifth. At race start I came out of the first corner chicane in one piece, I took Dee after he had a slight off and went after Slider but had an off myself and Dee passed me, I calmed down and settled for steady. Dee and Slider were fighting away in front of me until Dee discoed :( (bad luck mate) and Sliders pace slowed a little, Sean slowly caught me but I kept him a few seconds behind until he pitted at halfway along with Slider. I had a clear track and kept consistent, pulling away at a few tenths every lap over Sean. Easyed pitted and got a drive through  so I was in second place behind Steve. Towards the end and having pulled out just over 20 secs from Sean I calmly pitted without hitting any posts and watching my speed, I came out five secs in front of Sean with about three laps to go, eventually finishing in second place :yahoo:

And you thought the UFR was prone to rolling over? Check this out, :lmfao:

Oh yeah, well done Ben, Seany and Steve and all who made it home. Great week of fun racing.

Had a reasonable qualy (9th) just outside my PB.
Good race with no major incidents (lost a few places avoiding Mille after he had been side swiped by Steve (not you 46) on lap one. Had some great racing with Romus (great to see him back) Bert and Bob. Just got the tyres to a nice temp when I had to pit and they changed the left front only:taz: Spent the next 10 laps getting it back into shape.
Finished 7th after Romus lost it on the last few laps (I was 40 secs behind).
Hard luck on Dee for the disco. Well done podium guys and all who finished.

Great vid Steve, that must of been quite a shock! :D

Qualified 6th.  It was quite a hectic start, lost a few places then managed to hold my ground and regain positions as people fell off.  I was slowly gaining on Ben until I almost rolled it and then lost some pace, couldn't catch him after that. My pace really fell off after my pitstop, having major problems with the second chicane as the tyres cooled. Finished third with a full basket :)

Well done to Steve and Ben.  Unlucky to Dee with the disco and Mille, who unfortunately got knocked off near the start.  Luck will be with you one of these races mate :)
