LAN XVII - Airport Drive Needed

As the title says, I'm wondering if someone could pick me up from any airport and go to the LAN and to the airport again on Sunday. DA has been kind enough to pick me and Duvel up for Stansted a few times, but he will only daytrip this time.
 
I haven't booked a flight yet, so I have no fixed times, and also no fixed airport, so any of those will do
(though I probably should book something within 2-3 weeks before all the normal seats fill up)

I could always get a cab, I know, but if someone happens to drive near one, that would be great

Do fly to Stansted if you possibly can.

I'm not sure if I'll be coming that way on Friday but I should be passing back that way on the Sunday. If your flight is late-afternoon or early evening on the Sunday then I'll take you back no worries.

My only caveats are that I am normally the last to leave the LAN along with the other admins once we've tidied up (about lunchtime) and that I've only got a little cabriolet-coupé so can't take lots of luggage. I imagine you'll only have one small case so that shouldn't be a problem.

I've been checking the prices, and since 30th of april is a national holliday, they are charging me 200-250% of the normal price! It be cheaper for me to fly thursday and stay 1 night extra at the hotel lol >< Hope I can find some cheaper tickets.

There are usually several additional Thursday night stayers, so you'd not be alone!

Dont know if this helps with this specific post. However if anyone wants to fly from Schipol to Humberside I would be delighted to drive them to March on Friday.

Ninja_Freak and GM normally stay on the Thursday I believe and I think some others do/have done in the past.

By the sound of it, a room will probably be a lot cheaper than the flight and it means you won't be knackered having travelled from the crack of dawn.

I can help you get back to Stansted on Sunday, or (if you prefer) drop you off at Cambridge station where you can get an express train right to the airport.

Other UK airports, are not selectable or significantly more expensive.
With the exception of Doncaster Sheffield, which is ridiculously cheap, but a bit for away from cambridge shire, and only has 1 flight a day. But if I'd separate the arrival and depart airport, thursday OR friday arrival doncastar sheffield 16:55 for 27,49 is best option, IF someone happens to drive by that is.

It's a bit of a trek from Sheffield to the LAN tbh. Ideally Stansted would be best then heathrow (tie up with people coming from the west) then Gatwick

Thursday 18:15 arival (picked up by Ninja_Freak)
Sunday 15:25 depart (dropped of by Tutonic)
