Gents & Ladies

Asking a bit of a favour here, I was wondering if any of you lot had the 2008 books, or pdf of them or whatever.  For a good mate of mine started the 2003 life got in the way and he wants to do his 2008.  

I understand it a big ask but any advice on lets say topping a slightly completed 2003 to a 2008 would be great.
