I am just wondering if we have set some kind of progression path. Let me post some thoughts on it.

As it may seem logical to continue in Plagueworks, Professor Putricide is in fact 3rd most difficult encounter in ICC after Arthas and Sindragosa and there only 12 alliance guilds on our server that have killed him.
While it would be nice to be the 13th, we might consider to take the "Difficulty path" (Blood Princes, Valithria, Blood Queen, Putricide, Sindy, Arthas) instead of the "Natural path" (Plagueworks, Crimson Halls, Frostwing Halls, Arthas)

Anyways, it is just an idea to consider.

Yeah DFE we very nearly hit that route last night, but it seemed like we had a pretty solid crew and because of the work done on the encounter the previous week thought that we would try hitting it again last night for the sake of continuity.

However a bit more loot and upgrades will help no end so its very possible we may be visiting BPC and VD sooner rather than later !

As I have said in other threads before, you can handle Blood Princes & Valithria with your current raid group, so they are certainly posibilities, BQ & Sindragosa are a little trickier.  But the loot from PP is very nice and it gets you the wing achievement too.

All in all I feel our attempts on Putricide have shown some progression (42% best attempt) and we have only fought him twice, so less than 6 hours remembering that we took down fester first last night. After saying all this, I do like DFE's idea of visiting some of the other bosses.

I'm up for hitting new bosses so that we can get some more progress/loot etc.

Also, is there any reason why we can't start raiding earlier on a sunday and make a better go at it and have a longer break half way or something for people to refresh and think about where we are going wrong if they need too? I saw alot of people leaving because they had work etc or were tierd. Wouldn't be so bad if we had started earlier on. Just my 2p!
