Algalon down!!!!

Another great night of 10 man fun, not only did we get to see our first guildie thrown from the Lich Kings platform by a Valkyrie, we also got to go play with Algalon (The Lich King was looking tired, thought we would let him resharpen Frostmourne, and give him chance to recuperate before our next assault) and play with Algalon we did.

 An hour doesn't seem a long time to kill this final boss in Ulduar, especially when half the group gets ported out of the instance due to a resurection bug and one of our members is struggling to get back online due to being dc'ed by the same bug.
 
But did we let this stop us ... Hell No.  We stopped his plans for the destruction of Azeroth and lit up the sky above Dalaran (Server 12th to DMR).

Note: That was our 3rd attempt of the night from what i saw

But yeah unfortunately didnt get a chance to go say Hi to the Lich King (ended up having to go outside and cool myself down) before coming back and going to Ulduar, having some fun with choppers chasing everyone and ended up killing everyone, Teasing Whitey + Maldaror about DPS.. then for the serious attempts on Algalon....

First 2 attempts were shaky letting Aldaren learn the tactics, before a little Ressurection bug that allowed 8 / 10 of our raiders to ressurect at the spot where they died, but unfortunately couldn't buff / Eat the Fish... Ended up just about to Pull with us all getting Ported out and Zeol Offline and struggling to get on, i personally thought "Oh Great, Blizz are toying with us" so we shot in, waited for 2 mins for Zeol (With ~45 mins left on timer)

On that Pull everything seemed to just click.... people killing Stars at the right time, EVERYONE (bar people staying out) getting in the Big Bang, Moving from Cosmic Smash... it was fantastic! 20% It was hectic, i ended up standing underneath Halbarad so anyone could pick up those adds while focus firing on the boss, and seeing the Loot Chest come up... Couldn't believe that it had been done.... Now you see as far as im aware - Me + Maldaror had been there for every attempt, which totalled up to around 4 hours and 20 mins of attempts

Was a great night in the end and i went to bed happy
