Glorious. Never forget that every time someone puts Android on an iPhone a baby is born..... and Steve Jobs falls down the stairs. So double win.

Might give it a shot, awaiting the cost of the unit with O2 so have to wait till next week to figure out if it is the one that I want!

I might pick one up second hand at some point, I can't think of anything more satisfying.
Saying that I'm poor and love my hero so it won't happen for a while, and will probably be more as an mp3 player, so not hugely worthwhile.

and now he has 3G (and apparently soon 3GS) versions running, apart from sound and minor bugs to sort out, all stuff he is working on.  He is asking for development support btw.

Performance-wise it is not like running genuine Android btw - but I am sure some optimisation is coming :)
