Quote from: Bob;310097Is it just me, or does the forum seem to load a bit (sometimes remarkably) slower than it did before? Or is it perhaps tuning-thing that will be sorted out once things start to settle?

It's the database tuning that is ongoing. Should be done by the morning.

upon investigation (the forum helpage) I find that I have to be logged out to get "Today's posts"
If I log in I only get "New Posts"
Is there a work around for this?
It's really bugging me that when I refresh after looking at a new post, it disappears.
Also, while my gobs warm, whatever Reply button I click, I get the quick reply, I have to click Go Advanced  to get to where I want to be ( I have never used the quick reply option in the past, and don't really know how it can be quicker)
Regards

You can double click the reply button to get the main reply window, and I should be able to get the 'Todays Posts' link back easily enough, I'll get to that when I get a free moment!

I can't seem to find the "donation" button.. Is it available somewhere?

We're adding the various bits over time (or as we have time to be completely truthful), so it should reappear shortly.  Thanks for the reminder though!

Both "New Posts" and "Today's posts" should now show up as an option on the forum navigation bar.

Double click works for me. A nice option.
