CS Badges

Hi Blunt

Now we've shelved the CS servers, we need to address the badges. I know we discussed this is H&SA forum.

We think that we shelve all but the green game badges,  allocate everyone with one of those and rename it CS Veteran.

I also think that we shouldn't make it too exclusive so if people have previously played CS to our standards they can ask for one retrospectively.

What do you (and everyone else) think?
