Right, reinstalled drivers, check forums and done tests. Graphics card is officially fried. Currently trying to find a nearby shop I can buy a cheap card that will run wow so I can buy and install after work. Also chatted to people I live with. Might be able to borrow their sons gaming rig until I'm fixed.

wow doesnt take much power to run graphicwise, 50£ or so should sort it

Managed to buy a new fairly cheap gc on my home from work. Couldn't get it to work at all, reverted back to my broken one. Going back to shopt tomorrow with my computer and we'll go through all his cards until we find one that works.

As far as I can tell there is absolutely no reason why it shouldn't. Fits in fine, has no external power needed etc, it's bascily a sidegrade to my current card. But when I plug it into my PC and plug in any of my 3 monitors, I have a lcd tv, 24" widescreen and backup 17" flat screen, none of them could find a signal plugged into either output. Really annoying. Trying to pre install the drivers before I plug in the card but no luck. (card is same make as previous card too)

hmmmm. I do have 2 gc card slots so going to try the other now. WOnder if you can have 2 different gc's in at once and be able to switch between them, might be able to install the driver with it plugged in alongside my old card then restart and switch cables......

But seriously. This card should be running off generic drivers why isn't it?!

I know this aint the best time to go pretty mutch afk for a few weeks but im working at least 60 hours a week now for the comming weeks, i already been working this mutch for the past 2 weeks as well.. thats why my attendence has been abit slacking.

Anyone know where Grimreaper is?  He's did not sign off in the calendar for the last two raids but did not show up and there's nothing in this thread so far as I can tell?
