Copying / backing up Profiles

I'd like to copy my Arma and OA profiles to another machine without having to redo all my settings and keys etc.

Can someone please tell me where I can find them as they're not immediately obvious (well to me anyway).

For some reason they are in your documents folder. Arma 2 and Arma 2 other profiles. Its a good place to experiment with the graphics options. Ramping up textures etc. You can also set the game to windowed mode if, like me, you can't find the option in game!
Edit: The actual key settings are in the 'Arma 2 other profiles' folder.

Also just to confirm Arma II is up to the 1.07 patch and OA is 1.54 right?
