Demi made a formal request (via his forum post) to return to raiding last night.  I've posted a holding message for the moment, saying we'd consider and come back to him.

I think we have discussed this to death already, but imo:
-we have enough tanks so there is no tank spot at the moment (we recruited as he never showed up)
-we have enough melee dps so there is no melee dps spot atm.

Feel free to correct me if I am wrong!  I think we should leave it a day (to show discussion time) and then reply with the above info in the thread.  I'm happy to do it if nobody else wants to do so.

I'm a bit torn on this.  He couldn't take constructive criticism and went in the huff which was bad but in the past he has been a consistent raider and isn't a "stand in fire" type person.  We don't have room for a tank but he would be good backup to have if we ever get caught short, the only option i could see is melee dps with tank o/s.  We have enough people turning up and have been oversubscribed in melee recently but i have my concerns:

Our current melee situation (imo):
Noréia has a lot of improving to do (He either doesn't listen or lacks brain capacity), his attendance is good though.
Myth doesn't turn up or turns up not knowing tactics (and was a stand in fire type person previously) he takes huff when left out even if he hasn't turned up for weeks. Palsball hasn't been signing up due to lack of gear but is now at a raiding level, she lacks tactical awareness and tends to hit the wrong target. So for me at the moment the only progress raider we have in melee is Grim (Ice).  Not sure the best way to handle this as these guys/girl have been with us a while and were fine in 25 man but the mistakes are a lot easier to see in 10 man.
