DMR get-together-during-Lan-XX?

Hi.

TL; u had some ideas on maybe the dMr part of your gaming community would have a night together or dinner or whatever during LAN XIX(april) or LAN XX(october?)?

You shared your ideas during a raid, so I dont think we were focused.
But, I for one would love a dMr-RL-meet. You done some thinking on this already, yeh?

I need to discuss logistics with the LAN committee first, but the idea in brief was:

-the dMw LAN XX  is in October and we're going to try and make it a special one as it will be our twentieth LAN
-we usually take over a hotel in Cambridgeshire from Friday morning through to Sunday lunchtime
-early birds usually arrive Thursday evening for a pre-LAN social drink
-it might be nice to do a DMR Meet at the same time, same location, as quite a few DMR people already do the LAN anyway

So, if the logistics work, we could probably hold both together, so the LAN party would have quite a few people doing the social side of things too alongside.

I'll come back when ideas are discussed a bit more.
