This post was lost in forum roll-back, so here's a rehash which is hopefully more or less what was said last time!

YOUR commitment to DMR:
  • That you commit to your fellow raiders by maintaining a minimum attendance of 67% as measured over the previous 12 raids (advised holidays/illness excepted) by our Attendance Tracker webpage.
  • That you use the in-game calendar to update your status for each raid and update any Tentative responses when you are confirmed as being available.
  • You whisper an officer 'dmrinvite' to get a spot in the raid prior to groups being selected for First Pull
  • You are at the selected raid instance before First Pull at 20:15 GT
  • That you attend each raid PREPARED, having reviewed encounter mechanics & abilities and having a working knowledge of the fights scheduled for that raid week
  • That you are logged into game and are on Teamspeak in advance of the raid start time
  • That you maintain your toon properly, with appropriate talent builds, top end gems and enchants
  • That you are fully prepared with flasks, 300 stat food, buff pots as appropriate and utility pots (like Speed pots etc)
  • That your raid main remains in the raid for the duration of the raid and that you remain contactable either in guild chat or preferrably in the TS raid channel so that as we swap people around to best suit class or encounter requirements, loot preferences & progress, that you are available immediately
  • If you are not in the instance and are in the queue, that you remain ready to zone in at short notice.  Fishing nearby is fine, but don't expect there will always be a summon for you!
  • That for new bosses or encounters where you are not 100% certain of the tactics and your role, that you listen to the raid when you are in the queue so that you learn the encounters for when you are moved into the instance

DMR's commitment to YOU:
  • We aim to provide well-organised, drama-free & focused raid time
  • Prompt raid team selection to allow the raid to start on time with a first pull at 20:15 GT.
  • Advance notice (usually via GMOTD) of the initial raid destination to allow members to travel to the correct instance before First Pull
  • Council presence on TS and in game prior to the raid to assist with questions
  • Selection of the initial raid team between 20:00 and 20:10, with regard to those who confirmed attendance on the in-game calendar, encounter & class requirements
  • We aim to have First Pull at 20:15 each raid night
  • Subject to availability, we will provide raid feast food buffs (except for progress fights where we ask you to use your own max stat food)
  • For Council members to be prepared for future encounters so that knowledge & tactics can be passed onto the raid to allow efficient encounter learning and fast boss progression.  Please note that this means raid members need to prepare for the encounter first, we will not spoon feed, a certain level of knowledge of each encounter is assumed
  • Financial support for cystal costs for top end weapon enchants (or an other enchant for DKs)
  • In return for being in our raid, contactable on TS or in guild chat and available to zone in when needed we award DKP to all those in the raid not just those in the instance. RGT DKP Table
  • We reward higher attendance by application of a DKP decay (-1 per day) so that higher attenders benefit from DKP more than lower attenders.
  • Regular reviews of raid attendance which might lead to loss of raid rank for those who cannot maintain the raid attendance requirement
  • Whilst funds allow, DMR are providing raid food and repair costs for raid groups.
I think that's everything, shout if I missed something!
